Pascal Boyer

Pascal Boyer will serve as Visiting Distinguished Fellow starting July 2008.

Pascal Boyer is Henry Luce Professor of Individual and Collective Memory, Washington University. Professor Boyer’s work focuses on the psychological processes underlying the acquisition, use, and transmission of cultural knowledge. He is author of Tradition as Truth and Communication, The Naturalness of Religious Ideas, and Religion Explained.
